If you have not experienced it yet with your kids, keep living, you will.
I am plain disgusted how Mama's can have disregard for other kids in general. I get it, your kids are your priority, mine are too but never will I turn a blind eye to a kid who does not have a parent or advocate nearby in times of need.
Grant it, we cannot be everywhere at the same time. Juggling jobs, home, multiple kids, it's nearly impossible to always show up. But when you have the time to show up, keep an eye out for others too. The reality is your kid (s) will be someplace without you and you'll want the same in return. It truly takes a village, and you don't have to even know the village.
